The forms on this site are processed by a small Cloudflare Worker and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The source code is stored with GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (github.com). This page will be updated if the hosting provider changes.

What data we collect
- Through the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, current website, preferred language, package of interest, your message and your consent.
- Through the guide download form: email address, company (optional), the language of the guide and your consent.
- When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp: the information you choose to send us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may process your IP address and browser information in server logs, for security and to deliver the site. When you send a form, we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser’s user-agent, only to block abuse and spam. We do not use any analytics tool.

How long we keep your data
- Prospects and guide downloads: 3 years after our last contact, or until you withdraw your consent or object.
- Clients: for the duration of the contract, then for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Server logs: according to the hosting provider’s policy, for a limited period.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing (including, at any time, to direct marketing), and to data portability. Cookies
This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (in local storage, when you switch language); it contains no personal data and is never sent to us. That is why there is no cookie banner.
